Tobi Couture is an oil painter with themes of nostalgia around old family photos and messy unplanned still lives. Tobi was born and raised in a small town in the midwest area of the United States. She studied Fine Arts at Wayne State University and has been exhibiting her artwork since 2005 in various galleries and exhibitions.
